Consequently, you may only order products or services if you accept the conditions set out below.
1. Preamble
The following General Terms and Conditions of Sale govern all transactions carried out on the WEB4JOBS online catalogue. Any order placed on this website implies the customer's unconditional and irrevocable acceptance of these conditions.
2. Purpose
This contract is a distance contract whose purpose is to define the rights and obligations of the parties in connection with the sale of WEB4JOBS products on the Internet through the secure online payment platform of the Interbank Electronic Banking Center (CMI).
Web4Jobs is a company specialized in training in digital, technical, and behavioral skills, with the aim of strengthening young people's employability and facilitating their professional integration into sectors with strong demand.
In this context, Web4Jobs offers, through its online platform, in-person and remote training programs, certification pathways, as well as professional integration support services, in partnership with various institutional and private stakeholders.
3. Definitions
For the purposes of this contract, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below:
- “Distance Contract”: any contract relating to goods or services between WEB4JOBS and a Consumer within the framework of a system of distance selling or service provision organized by WEB4JOBS, which, for that contract, uses the Internet exclusively up to and including the conclusion of the contract itself.
- “Consumer”: any natural person who, under this contract, acts for purposes that do not fall within the scope of their professional activity.
- “Order Form”: the document indicating the characteristics of the Products ordered by the Consumer and which must be confirmed by a “double click” in order to bind them.
- “Order”: the act by which the Consumer undertakes to purchase Products and WEB4JOBS undertakes to provide them.
4. Product
All training courses offered on the platform are available subject to the availability of places or the conditions required for opening the sessions.
WEB4JOBS reserves the right to modify, suspend, or remove a training course from the catalogue at any time and without prior notice.
5. Placing an Order
After finding the training course or courses that interest you, click the “Order” button. The product is then added to your order form.
The Consumer may at any time review, modify, or delete items from the order form and continue shopping.
Once the selection is complete, the Consumer validates the order by clicking the “Pay” button.
Validation of the order constitutes acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale, as well as the prices and descriptions of the selected training courses.
A confirmation email summarizing the order is sent to the Consumer at the email address provided during registration.
In the event of an error in the information entered, the Consumer may send a request for correction or cancellation by email within 24 hours of the order, provided that access to the training has not yet been activated.

6. Price
The prices shown in the catalogue are stated in Moroccan dirhams excluding tax, are valid at the time of consultation by the customer, and are those in effect at the time of the order.
VAT is calculated in the order form according to the rate applicable on the day of the order. The order form and transactions are processed in Moroccan dirhams.
Any change in the applicable rate shall automatically be reflected in the price of the products.
7. Order Fulfillment
The order shall be fulfilled no later than within 7 days starting from the day following the day on which the Consumer placed the order.
If the ordered Product is unavailable, the Consumer shall be informed as soon as possible and shall have the option to cancel the order.
The Consumer may then choose either to request reimbursement of the amounts paid within no more than thirty days from payment, or to request an exchange of the Product.

8. Access to Training Courses
The training courses offered by WEB4JOBS are digital content accessible online, without any physical medium.
After payment has been validated, the Consumer receives access to the purchased training course via their user account or by email containing their login credentials.
Access to the training course is strictly personal, individual, and non-transferable. Any attempt to share, resell, or make access credentials available to third parties is strictly prohibited and may result in suspension or deletion of the account without refund.
The Consumer is responsible for the accuracy of the information provided when placing the order, in particular their email address. WEB4JOBS shall not be held liable in the event of an error preventing access to the training course.
Access to the training course is generally activated immediately after payment confirmation. However, where technically necessary or for verification purposes, this delay may be extended up to 48 hours.
The Consumer undertakes to have the technical means necessary to access the training courses (internet connection and computer equipment). WEB4JOBS shall not be held liable for any inability to access the courses resulting from unsuitable equipment or insufficient connection.
WEB4JOBS reserves the right to suspend or terminate the Consumer’s access in the event of non-compliance with these General Terms and Conditions of Sale.
9. Method of Payment
To pay for your order, you choose the payment method from those offered by WEB4JOBS on the payment page.
In this case, the transaction is submitted for debit to your account on the day following the date of delivery confirmation.
Your online payments are secured by the Interbank Electronic Banking Center (CMI), which provides a fully secure payment service.
The Consumer guarantees WEB4JOBS that they have any necessary authorizations to use the payment method chosen by them when validating the Order Form.
In the event of payment by bank card, the provisions relating to fraudulent use of the means of payment set out in the agreements concluded between the Consumer and the card issuer, and between WEB4JOBS and its banking institution, shall apply.
10. Data Confidentiality
Personal data collected in connection with the use of the website and registration for the training courses offered by Web4Jobs are processed in accordance with Law No. 09-08 relating to the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data.
Web4Jobs acts as data controller.
The entire website, together with the associated information systems (training platform, user account management, learning follow-up, assessment, and certification), is technically operated by its partner Y School, acting on behalf of Web4Jobs as a data processor within the meaning of Law No. 09-08.
The data collected are processed exclusively for purposes related to managing registrations, monitoring training pathways, assessing skills, and supporting beneficiaries in their professional integration.
These processing operations are carried out in accordance with the authorizations issued by the National Commission for the Control of the Protection of Personal Data (CNDP).
The beneficiary has the right to access, rectify, and delete their personal data, which may be exercised by sending a request to the following address: pdp@web4jobs.ma.
11. Canceling a Paid Order by Bank Card
Any cancellation request must be sent by email to: contact@web4jobs.ma.
Cancellation is possible only if access to the training course has not yet been activated.
Once access to the training course has been provided (login credentials sent or account activated), no cancellation may be accepted, except in exceptional cases at the sole discretion of WEB4JOBS.
If the cancellation is approved, the refund shall be made within a maximum period of 15 days using the same method of payment used for the order.
12. Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with applicable regulations, the right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content supplied immediately after payment and the performance of which has begun with the Consumer’s agreement.
By validating the order, the Consumer expressly accepts:
- the immediate performance of the service; and
- waives their right of withdrawal.
Consequently, no refund may be claimed once access to the training course has been activated.
13. Warranty
WEB4JOBS undertakes to provide a service that conforms to the description presented on the platform.
In the event of a technical malfunction preventing access to the training course, WEB4JOBS shall use the necessary means to restore access as soon as possible.
No guarantee of results (employment, certification, income, etc.) is provided.
14. Proof of Transactions Paid by Bank Card
The data recorded by the CMI on the online payment platform on behalf of WEB4JOBS shall constitute proof of the commercial transactions entered into between you and WEB4JOBS.
15. Force Majeure
WEB4JOBS shall not be held liable for the non-performance of its obligations in the event of force majeure (internet outage, cyberattack, technical failure, strike, natural disaster, etc.).
In such cases, performance of the service may be suspended without compensation.
