Duration

  • Full-time: Complete the course in just 3 weeks. This intensive format is ideal for those who can commit 40 hours per week to their studies.
  • Part-time: Balance your studies with other commitments over 6-8 weeks, requiring 15-20 hours per week. This format is perfect for working professionals or students who wish to further their education without sacrificing their current roles. The part-time option allows you to absorb the material at a manageable pace while still engaging in meaningful projects.

Format

  • This course is run fully on-site, fully remotely, or in a hybrid manner. Please check online or with your local Qwasar partner for options available.

Workload

  • 4 Small Projects: These projects are designed to reinforce your understanding of key concepts and force you to plan your agent(s) before you begin building. You will work individually or in small groups, fostering collaboration and peer learning.
  • 3-5 Larger Projects: These comprehensive projects involve building multiple single- and multi-agent systems. Projects building upon each other, starting simple then growing in size and complexity. These tend to be portfolio projects to show recruiters.

Curriculum

Welcome to the Generative AI Applications Developer Course, a hands-on learning experience designed to prepare you for building real-world generative AI systems.

This course is built for individuals ready to architect, deploy, and monitor production-grade GenAI applications using engineering-first tools, not drag-and drop platforms.

You will focus on understanding how generative models work, neural networks and derivatives, and then move on to fine tuning methods and techniques.

After that, learners begin implementing RAGs and using vector databases, before building full end-to-end systems.
